T-Two is a compact web tension controller designed for precise and stable tension regulation in printing, converting, and packaging applications. Its advanced PID algorithm ensures fast response and accurate control, helping reduce material waste and maintain consistent product quality.
Featuring a 3-digit display and three programming keys, T-Two enables real-time monitoring of tension values and dancer roller positions. Its DIN rail mounting allows easy installation inside machine control cabinets.
The standard version regulates brake torque based on load cell or dancer roller signals, while the T-Two LB version supports automatic splicing applications with dynamic tension control and standby torque for the inactive roll.
