TT-25 Tension Controller
The TT-25 is an advanced tension controller designed for precise and reliable web tension control in converting, printing, packaging, and other continuous web processing applications. Its high-performance PID algorithm ensures fast response and stable tension, even at high production speeds and during rapid acceleration or deceleration.
Featuring a 4-inch full-color touchscreen and multilingual interface, the TT-25 simplifies setup, monitoring, and diagnostics. It is available in four versions to suit different applications:
• TT-25 L: For unwinders and rewinders using load cells or dancer rollers.
• TT-25 XL: For modular pneumatic brakes and automatic splicing systems.
• TT-25 FPM: For direct control of electromagnetic powder brakes.
• TT-25 MTR: For motor-driven unwinders, rewinders, and nip drive rollers.
Optional PROFINET and EtherCAT communication on selected models enables seamless integration with automated production systems. The TT-25 helps reduce material waste and downtime while improving product quality and production efficiency.
