Pneumatic Expanding Tire Chucks

The Svecom-PE 715 PG Pneumatic Expanding Tire Chuck is designed for unwinding and rewinding applications that require reliable and secure core gripping.
The chuck body is available in either lightweight aluminium alloy or steel, while the expanding section features a high-strength rubber band that provides effective contact with the core. For flexible installation, the chuck can be supplied with a side flange for mounting on unwind stands with mobile arms or with a through-bore design for installation on passing bars.
A steel clamping system ensures secure attachment to the bar. Alternatively, fixing screws can be used to reduce the overall weight of the assembly. For applications requiring greater load capacity and torque transmission, two or more 715 PG chucks can be connected in series and supplied through a single inflation valve.
The expansion mechanism operates through a single rubber band that expands when inflated, applying direct pressure to the inner surface of the core for a firm and uniform grip.
