The Svecom-PE Reel Saver provides an efficient solution for restoring damaged or deformed cores, allowing packaging materials that would otherwise be discarded from the production line to be returned to service within minutes by a single operator.
Operating pneumatically, the Reel Saver uses robust tapered jaws that expand inside the damaged core to restore its original shape and dimensions. Even severely crushed or distorted cores can be effectively reshaped, helping minimize material waste, reduce downtime, and improve overall production efficiency.

• Suitable for core internal diameters of 3, 4, 5, and 6 inches.
• Optional sleeve inserts available for other core sizes.
• Interchangeable jaw configurations available to accommodate different core diameters.
• Delivers up to 16,000 lbs (7,272 kg) of thrust with a compressed air supply of 86 psi (approximately 6 bar).
