The Model 925 Mechanical Safety Chuck is designed for rewinding and unwinding roll materials using expanding air shafts. Its sliding ring mechanism allows for convenient and efficient roll loading and unloading without requiring direct movement of the air shaft.
Featuring a sliding disc opening, this model is available in light-duty, heavy-duty, and extraheavy-duty versions to accommodate different load capacities and operating conditions. It offers flexible coupling configurations, including square-to-square and square-to-round connections, and can be supplied with or without a shaft.
A range of tilting and sliding models is available to meet various load requirements and machine configurations.
For installation flexibility, all models can be mounted either on a foot or via a flange, making them suitable for integration into a wide range of industrial applications.
