The Model 950 Mechanical Safety Chuck is designed for rewinding and unwinding roll materials using expanding air shafts. Its sliding ring mechanism simplifies roll loading and unloading, eliminating the need to move the air shaft directly.
Featuring a sliding disc opening with both sliding and axial movement, this model is available in light-duty and heavy-duty versions to accommodate different load capacities and operating requirements. It supports square-to-square and square-to-round coupling configurations and can be equipped with either a shaft or handwheels, depending on the application.
