The Model 900 Mechanical Safety Chuck is designed for rewinding and unwinding roll materials using expanding air shafts. Its tilting ring mechanism allows rolls to be loaded and unloaded easily, eliminating the need to move the air shaft during the process.
Available in various configurations, the tilting safety chuck features a tilting disc opening and comes in light-duty, heavy-duty, and ultra-heavy-duty versions, as well as models with axial movement. Depending on operational requirements, it can be equipped with or without a shaft, with an optional handwheel, and with either round or square shaft inserts.
A range of tilting and sliding models is available to accommodate different load capacities and application requirements.
For flexible installation, all models can be mounted either on a foot or via a flange, ensuring compatibility with various machine configurations.
