The Model 935 and 936 Pneumatic Safety Chucks are designed for rewinding and unwinding roll materials using expanding air shafts. Their practical design enables easier and more efficient roll loading and unloading without the need to move the air shaft directly.
Featuring a pneumatic sliding mechanism with a sliding disc opening, these safety chucks are available with either a rotating or fixed head and round or square shaft ends. Light-duty and heavy-duty versions are offered to accommodate different load capacities and operational requirements. Depending on the application, the units can be supplied with or without shafts.
A range of tilting and sliding safety chuck models is available to suit various load requirements and machine configurations.
For installation versatility, all models can be mounted either on a foot or via a flange, allowing integration into a wide range of industrial machinery.
