BELLATRIX

RIGEL is a high-performance folder gluer designed to deliver high production output and fast box change-over times. It is suitable for processing solid board (300–1200 g/m²) and corrugated cardboard up to EB flute, meeting the demanding requirements of modern packaging production.

Available in 2 sizes (145 and 170 cm), Rigel features motorized conveyors and the advanced VIS2 (Vega Integrated System) control system as standard. Its intuitive interface assists operators during machine setup, automatically adjusting settings for box gluing and guiding them step by step through the required operations.

Designed for Industry 4.0, Rigel can exchange production data with company ERP systems, enabling seamless integration into the production process while maximizing efficiency, quality and performance.
