VISCOSE CASINGS
The process begins with cellulose, a natural material derived from wood. Carefully selected cellulose that meets defined requirements for physical properties and strength is naturally combined with fibrous paper to create high-performance Fibrous Casing.
Viscose casings offer excellent transparency and superior smoke permeability, making them ideal for a wide range of applications, including raw and cooked sausages, cooked ham, and processed cheese.
Cellulose casings are available in every conceivable variant: ring, bladder or cylinder, uniform in shape or shaped, and in a wide range of converting types.
